Derek Cochrane EnviroCentre is delighted to have secured the services of Derek Cochrane as the Principal Consultant heading up its operations in England. Derek is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and has been involved in a wide variety of civil engineering projects throughout his distinguished career. Derek spent many years working within British Waterways undertaking a variety of challenging technical and business roles. His career with British Waterways culminated in him undertaking the role of Regeneration Director for British Waterways. Key specialisms Derek brings to the EnviroCentre team include: experience of commercial negotiations for land and infrastructure acquisitions and his knowledge of regeneration programmes including: master planning, environmental management, urban design, regeneration funding mechanisms and his core civil engineering and hydrology skills. Derek will be working closely with the EnviroCentre team as he develops EnviroCentre’s operations in England.
