As the construction sector strives to become more sustainable, assessment methods such as BREEAM, Ecohomes and the Code for sustainable Homes (CSH) can be a powerful tool to demonstrate sustainable development. As funding becomes increasingly available to sustainable projects, these assessments are becoming a prerequisite.
