Application of this Policy​
This policy applies to personal information collected by EnviroCentre Limited, it does not extend to the collection of personal information by organisations outside EnviroCentre Limited, including third parties, individuals or via other websites which could be accessed through links on our website. Where third parties collect your personal information their own privacy policies and statements will apply.

Why does EnviroCentre Limited Process Personal Data?
EnviroCentre Limited will store and process your personal data in accordance with our obligations under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect personal data in order for us to provide you with a service, to comply with legislation, and/or to keep you informed about our services. We are committed to ensuring that the information we collect, and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.
What is the Legal Basis for Using your Information?
